As a Marketing Communications Manager at Ad Council, I lead the PR and social media strategy for iconic social good campaigns that inspire action and change lives. With over 8 years of experience in the communication field, I have honed my skills in copywriting, editing, marketing, and social media management, using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva Design, and Sprout Social. I am passionate about creating impactful stories that resonate with diverse audiences and drive positive social change. I have successfully implemented the use of Asana forms and calendars for brand social media deliverables, co-founded and led an employee resource group for Black, African American, and African women, and co-lead an environmental focused special interest group. I am also an Academy Graduate from the Cannes Lions School of Brand Marketing, where I learned from the best in the industry and enhanced my creative and strategic thinking.
