Chris Rodebaugh founded Grand Traverse Consulting after a successful 30-year career in food manufacturing and distribution leadership. As a visionary and dynamic manufacturing operations executive, he is known for his strengths in measuring performance, developing leaders, empowering employees, and continually improving results. In particular, he is skilled in driving innovation through strategic planning and project management, integrating and providing due diligence for merger and acquisition activities, and elevating organizational culture. As a values-driven executive, Chris recognizes the power in creating high performing teams by investing in employee’s development across all levels. He creates empowered business partners who drive transformational results by aligning with the organization’s mission, vision, and goals. Recognized as a leader in the industry, Chris has completed the launch of over 250 products, driven over 100 process improvements, and saved over $50M while delivering value to improve the customer experience, quality, and revenue. Chris has enjoyed impacting innovative organizations seeking explosive growth including middle market privately held companies and iconic Fortune 100 organizations. He is passionate about partnering with organizational leaders, cross-functional teams, and other key stakeholders to deepen the impact to the businesses he serves. Before founding Grand Traverse Consulting, Chris served as the Senior Vice President of Operations, Engineering, Quality and Regulatory at Sandridge Food Corporation where he oversaw 700+ soup, salad and protein SKUs, managed the $850M budget for manufacturing activities at Johnsonville Sausage Company, and spent 13 years at Continental Mills in manufacturing leadership. Chris also worked for Frito-Lay and General Mills. Chris holds his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Michigan State University.
