With over 10 years of work experience in the media and software industry, I am a support coordinator at PIX System, a leading cloud-based platform for secure media collaboration. In this role, I provide technical and creative support for media professionals, such as filmmakers, studios, and broadcasters, who use PIX to streamline their workflows and manage their assets. I am skilled in UX design, video editing, data I/O, troubleshooting, and customer service, and I have a passion for innovation and quality. Prior to joining PIX System, I worked as a data I/O technician at Visual Data Media Services, where I handled the ingestion, processing, and delivery of digital media files for various clients and platforms. I also have experience as an independent contractor. I have a background in television, and digital communication, and I am also fluent in Spanish. I am driven by the mission of enabling media professionals to create and share their stories with ease and security, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies to enhance the user experience.
