I am the Practice Group Coordinator of Intellectual Property at K&L Gates and a partner of K&L Gates. based in Melbourne, Australia.I have extensive experience in the registration of IP rights and associated litigation and represent clients in copyright, trade mark, patent, designs and associated trade practices litigation in all Courts. I prosecute trade mark applications and oppositions before IP Australia and IPONZ and appear at trade mark hearings. I manage the trade mark portfolio of many Australian and international companies and provides strategic advice on a diverse range of trade marks. I have completed a Masters of Laws (Intellectual Property) and am a member of INTA, IPSANZ and ANZSLA. I am listed as a Leading lawyer for Victorian contentious IP Lawyers, Recommended for Victorian non-contentious IP lawyers and Recommended in the Australia wide list of IP lawyers in the 2019 Doyle's Guide.
