About Chris Rowan

I am currently at Chipotle as an apprentice manager. I am learning the in’s and out of the corporate food industry. I chose Chipotle because I wish to open a business with the same model and mission statement. I admire Chipotle’s quality and food standards as well as how they train employees and treat them with benefits and good pay. Chipotle shows great value to their employees with possibility in climbing the corporate ladder. Chipotle has a great understanding of business and how to log all information needed to run a successful restaurant industry. They have a great training program, and overall a business model that works very well in today’s food industry standards. My background was managing a FoodTruck from our family’s company we purchased and rebranded back in 2013. This small business that was a part time job for us became a success through hard work and perseverance. We’ve managed to expand to meet demand of our customers. We have had challenges and we have exceeded our expectations of owning a cafe and three FoodTrucks. We have had many challenges in the past years including the covid 19 pandemic but with that said we have increased our business with a third foodtruck (July 2021) and kept the doors open at our Cafe in williamsvillie. I have experience in management, company marketing, and development in business. In my future I would like to expand my business expertise with graphic design and marketing and eventually land a role in this career field. Once I feel accomplished in this I dream of starting my own nation wide food company. I would also like to be involved in real estate as finding space for my restaurants will take that knowledge. I would like to expand to residential real estate one day.
