Most executives try to drive results by optimizing outcomes directly. I discovered that sustainable organizational success comes not from direct hands-on intervention, but from optimizing the underlying systems - and every system ultimately exists because of people, is created by people, consists primarily of the people it serves, and succeeds only when those people thrive as a result of its existence. Over 18+ years, I've used this knowledge to architect and repeatedly apply this systematic approach to rapidly diagnose complex organizational dysfunction and create what I call "leadership chain reactions"- self-reinforcing patterns where individual excellence becomes organizationally contagious.
