From early-stage biotech to global leaders, I’ve built and scaled technical sales, customer success, and support programs that drive results—whether that’s boosting revenue, improving customer experience, or empowering teams to thrive. I’m especially passionate about making complex science more accessible, actionable, and valuable to customers, ensuring that innovation translates into real-world outcomes that matter. At 10x Genomics, I founded and led the AMR Science & Technology Advisor (STA) Program, scaling it from the ground up into a high-performing, cross-functional team that grew by 700%. Through strategic leadership and deep collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support, I launched initiatives that boosted post-sale engagement and tightly aligned technical expertise with commercial strategy across diverse markets. At BD Genomics, I led Sales and Support across North America—developing FAS and technical support programs, launching CRM and CPQ tools, and creating a unified customer success function. Across all roles, I’ve focused on building from the ground up, solving tough problems, and creating scalable systems that support long-term growth. Now, I’m actively exploring new leadership opportunities in the life sciences space—ideally with mission-driven companies focused on multiomics, molecular biology, or translational research.
