About Chris Salman

I am a hospitality professional with extensive experience in hotel operations, revenue management, and hospitality education. After many years working in operational and strategic roles within international hotel brands such as Accor Hotels, I now dedicate my career to developing future hospitality leaders at Hotelschool The Hague. As Team Leader Practical Education at Skotel The Hague, I combine my industry expertise with my passion for teaching. I lead a team of instructors, oversee hotel operations and student housing, and work continuously on creating a realistic and innovative learning environment that reflects the standards and dynamics of the hospitality industry. What drives me most is seeing students grow and helping them bridge the gap between theory and practice. I find it deeply rewarding to watch students develop the mindset and behaviour of future hospitality leaders—professionals who lead with confidence, integrity, and authenticity.
