About Chris Santilli

As a leader, I strive to create the conditions for success both within my team as well as for clients’, enabling exponential growth and the opportunity for achievement in all that we do. My team performs with a collaborative and immersive approach, matching our strengths with our clients, and seeking to help them create, innovate, and make a difference in their business. My career has provided me with the opportunity to work across the value chain, including procurement, operations, logistics, category management, and directly with clients - including many of the largest and most well-known global food brands in the world. Throughout my experiences, I’ve served as a mentor to my team, fostering a culture built on authenticity, trust, and passion around the work that we do. Witnessing the power of flavor over 20 years working within this wonderful industry, I aim to continually provide the foundation and components necessary for our clients to make an impact on their consumers.
