With over 10 years of experience in the rehabilitation industry, I am a passionate and dedicated Director Of Rehabilitation and have over 8 years experience as a Regional Director of Operations. As a certified occupational therapy assistant (COTA), I have a strong background and expertise in delivering quality care and outcomes for patients with various conditions and needs. I oversee the operations, compliance, and performance of the rehabilitation department, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of clinical excellence, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. I manage a team of talented and diverse therapists, providing them with coaching, training, and support to help them grow and thrive in their roles. My mission is to empower and enable our patients, clients, and staff to achieve their full potential and improve their quality of life.
