Background

About Chris Schrier

I’m a driven operational leader with over 15 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, and safety management across military and corporate environments. My career began in the United States Air Force, where I led global distribution operations, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and introduced systems that improved cargo tracking and team performance. After transitioning to the private sector, I continued building on that foundation. At Target, I led a team of 156, optimized production planning, and achieved the lowest injury rate in the network. I also mentored team members into leadership roles, reinforcing a culture of growth and accountability. Today, I serve as Dangerous Goods/ Regional Safety Manager at Neovia Logistics, where I oversee safety and compliance across operations. I bring a unique blend of strategic leadership, budget optimization, and a deep commitment to safety and operational excellence.
