A very experienced Managing Director and Board Director with an extensive international career across some of the world’s leading global financial brands. Currently a board member and senior advisor to a number of organisations including Escala Partners, Sturt Capital Partners, Wayside Chapel and previously Elevate Australasia and an independent Director with Merrill Lynch Equities. I am a senior business executive with extensive international involvement with a number of global financial brands. A proven Managing Director with over 30 years’ experience in Australia and the US, with widespread leadership experience across financial markets, including Investment Banking, Global Markets, Asset Management and Wealth Management. Over the last 15 years, I held a number of senior executive roles with Deutsche Bank and Merrill Lynch in Australia. I have hands on experience in wealth management, customer and corporate management, finance, risk management, regulatory and prudential governance, business turnaround and organisational change management. With extensive P&L and people management responsibility, my particular leadership strengths are in building results-oriented and cross-divisional teams that were recognised as best in-class. I am a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, am US Series 7 certified and hold a Bachelor degree in Political Science & Asian Studies.
