I am a Professor of Innovation Management and New Product Development. I have published over 40 articles in internationally leading academic journals in the field of Innovation Management, Product development and design. This includes a number of articles in Research Policy which is a Financial Times Top 50 Journal. I have also raised over £3million in grant funding to work with organisations and start ups of all sizes to help them to innovate and grow. As a key part of my work, I collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to help organisations to achieve their strategic objectives and design new products that help to accelerate their growth. My research specialises in the management of product development, design and innovation. I have particular expertise in low technology industries. I also work with small and large companies and coach their managers to helping them to design new products, innovate and ultimately to grow. I am widely published in a number of top marketing and innovation journals, including Research Policy, Technovation, European Journal of Marketing and R&D Management.
