About Chris Sinclair

I've developed my brand of good management strategy using the the cornerstones of Powershell, data protection, respect and humour within the developing IT industry I've been part of for 18+ years! It comes with a healthy dose of interest in human behavior studies and NLP (despite being a bit of an odd duck Xp). For the last 5+ years I've been focused on doing more with less. At present I'm leveling up as a team lead and grateful for the opportunity:) I'm no stranger to Powershell, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, OpenAI whisper and tts engines (inc Azure preview stack), strategic planning, security best practices, OpenVAS, research, change management, automation, mentoring, personal development, gantts, visios, fancy spreadsheets, 365 admin centers and Azure services etc as my history suggests. I'm very fortunate! These days I've moved away from particularly enjoying "simplifying complex solutions or scenarios via visual representations and interpersonal dialogue" to AUTOMATION VIA POWERSHELL. Procedural improvement optimizations also deserve a huge shout out! Teams may shrink around me but the load it creates has proven historically to be lessened greatly:)
