Chris M. Sperling, CWT currently works as a Sr. Program Manager | Sr. Virtual Producer with Array, a content engagement solution designed specifically for life sciences events and Financial Services. With nearly 20 years of experience at over life sciences events, we understand you, your audience, your presenters, and your stakeholders. The unique interactive features in our software can increase audience engagement to over 90%, and we help you improve with engagement analytics down to individual audience members. We have your back with technical support and event production expertise to ensure the successful execution of your virtual, in-person, and hybrid life sciences events. Chris' time at Array is a dual role supporting the full live event production life cycle including handling pre-production (CAD, staging design, Audio Visual engineering & AHJ compliance), on-site management, technical direction, 802.11 as well as Array's premiere audience engagement solutions. Chris previously spent eight years as the Director of Hotel Audio Visual Services at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort and has a passion for assisting clients in utilizing technology to clearly convey their message and zeal. Chris is dedicated to excellence in communication and brings nearly 15 years of live event technology experience to every event in which he is involved. Prior to moving to Colorado and joining the incredible staff at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort, Chris dedicated seven years serving with a nonprofit organization, he oversaw their event technology division, handled bi-weekly communications and assisted with special events planning. Chris has been an active member with InfoComm International, achieving his CTS Certification in 2010. He has served as a Subject Matter Expert for the Certification Committee and is currently chairing the Renewal Unit Provider Committee. Chris received both the distinguished Best of the Best award as well as the Manager of the Year award from Benchmark Resorts and Hotels at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort in 2013. When not entrenched in technological warfare, he enjoys unplugging and partaking of the pristine wilderness of Colorado with his wife and three children.
