Currently, I am working as a digital marketing manager, this presents itself with requiring great organisation skills to manage my workload, handling multiple business accounts simultaneously and prioritising outstanding tasks of 50+ clients. Using my SEO knowledge & skills to successfully optimise websites and giving innovative ways to help improve my client’s websites/businesses to gain higher rankings and more interaction. In previous roles, a duty manager and personal license holder. Educated in most aspects of FOH and bar settings with supervisor experience, fully cellar trained, working towards fast paced deadlines and health and safety training. As a duty manager, I have shown skills in leadership and teamwork by training staff to a high standard and maintaining a strong relationship between both myself and the staff. Working in high profile music venues & 4* Hotels has allowed me to gain experience in dealing with mass amounts of customers under pressure and problem solve quickly and efficiently whilst professionally. Outside of employment I’m a passionate lover of music. An experienced songwriter and high energy performer, awarded with a BA (Hons) in Professional Musicianship. Multi-instrumentalist with a predominant focus in Drumming and live performance, session work and recording. Behind the scenes of this, I have worked on branding and social marketing for bands, creating content and strategising successful releases. Alongside this, I have taken a lead role in event organising; communication with promoters and agents to effectively organise gigs.
