I am passionate on championing change, and I helped the change team shape the whole change process within our centre, as well as being involved in product testing, improving processes and procedures. I have a thorough understanding of fraud applications and processes, and KYC from my day to day role in the bank as a customer advisor. This adds another layer of expertise, ensuring adherence to security protocols and regulatory compliance. I am an adaptable professional with a dedication to continuous learning. I thrive in dynamic environments and am committed to delivering exceptional results. My latest journey I am just starting out on is learning to code HTML, as well as brushing up my Turkish Language. I also been worked as a fully fledged language teacher, not only giving me excellent insight and techniques in teaching people from all ages and walks of lives, this has given me skills which cross over into training people which can be carried across business roles and borders.
