About Chris Stratton

I am a Montana native who has traveled most of the United States working in the construction industry. In 2009 I decided to change my career from the construction industry to broadcast journalism with the goal to commentate sports. While attending the University of Montana for broadcast journalism I discovered the need to create a website that could properly represent the high school athletes that call Montana home. I changed my college education from broadcast journalism to web design and enrolled at ITT Technical Institute, while obtaining a job at a local radio station covering sports to work in my dream profession. In the process of gaining my web design degree at ITT I took the tools I was learning and started to develop a website for high school sports in Montana. My strong passion for sports has helped me gain experience in the sports world on a variety of levels ranging from starting a semi-pro football team, to coaching soccer, football, and basketball, to covering sports on the radio.
