About Chris Strods

I'm a market and social researcher with experience working across a range of industries, including commercial, government, not-for-profit and political organisations. Currently, I'm working in the higher education industry, with a focus on using data to help universities with their marketing and recruitment efforts, and to improve the experience they provide towards their students. My aim is to produce insights that organisations can actually use to make better decisions. With an educational background in both computer science and psychology, I'm comfortable with both the technical and non-technical research methods, and like to use multi-modal methods to uncover insights that go beyond the obvious. At the moment, I'm interested in building my skill set and staying up-to-date with latest methods through developing my skills in data science and machine learning.
