Chris Talbot is responsible for advising real estate buyers and sellers with many of the Gulf States Region’s most distinguished new developments, historical properties, and fine homes. Based in New Orleans, he prides himself on improving the negotiation process and his ability to stay involved in and facilitate all aspects of each project: from diverse team collaborations to creative marketing and sales techniques. Chris places a premium on customer service - and is constantly innovating and planning new ways for the industry to evolve and perform more efficiently. With 20 years of experience, he has amassed a highly diverse, impressive real estate portfolio working with his family-owned firm, Talbot Realty Group. The firm was founded by his father 30+ years ago with a single mission in mind: to handle real-estate matters with integrity, perseverance, and commitment to our clients, our people, and our community. This philosophy has yielded some of the longest-standing and successful relationships in the region. His experience of working with a team, managing relationships and handling the end-to-end support and sales for my ever-growing list of clients, provided the education and understanding for the industry. RE Development Focus: Chris’s vast knowledge of client service, marketing and real-estate serves as an invaluable resource to RE developments. He’ll lead the sales team culture (customer experience). He will lead on location-strategy, development and operations, while lending his expertise and providing “reality checks” throughout the process.
