After 15+ years in industrial automation—starting in maintenance and moving through engineering, project management, and multimillion-dollar system installs—I started and transitioned to a board advisor on a commercial property management company, helping guide decisions on maintenance, capital improvements, and vendor partnerships. That experience gave me a unique perspective: I’ve seen what property owners and managers need from the other side of the table.
