For the majority of my career I have worked in the Telecoms arena managing/delivering infrastructure solutions and service resolution. Having worked in both Pre and Post sales I have an extensive knowledge of the sales cycle, business perspective, and understand all the processes and requirements involved in projects and service. My project management skills are unsurpassed and I provide the highest quality customer service and customer satisfaction levels attainable. When working in the service arena my troubleshooting skills are called upon as I have the ability to offer input from both a technical and logical angle to gain speedy resolution. My business and technical skills have been honed over many years of attending courses and working with experienced professionals. Throughout my career I have managed a variety of teams with diverse skills and abilities, using my own staff, sub-contractors, and third party personnel and pulling them together to act as a single workforce with a common goal. On a personal scale I am a very positive person who enjoys working in a fast paced environment with enthusiasm which helps me build a reactive dynamic team spirit. I thrive on pressure and have the ability to absorb it and project its energy in a creative way. I welcome new experiences with anticipation. I am a dedicated and hard-working individual, whose business focus is to deliver quality solutions within the given financial constraints, ultimately delivering results which benefit my client and increase the profile and bottom line of my employer.
