Extensive background in Sales, Aftersales and General Management with 8 years experience as a Dealer Principal within the Co-Operative Motor Group. MBA (Leeds Business School (Merit)), a BA (Honours) Business & Management (Leeds Business School (2:1)) and Professional Certificate in Business Advice (University of Chester (Distinction)). CIMA Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting in progress. My expertise lies within the Automotive sector where I have held a number of senior positions during a 25 year career. I have a broad understanding of the business, class myself as expert in Sales and Aftersales processes. Able to identify and implement cost reduction and turnaround objectives whilst maintaining productivity. Able to communicate well at all levels – especially in relation to development of key individuals and departmental improvement and coaching for results. Strong in facilitating operational turnaround through development of customer transaction experience (Sales and Aftersales), identifying and realising cost base reduction and general sales and aftersales department development. Also qualified in Lean Six Sigma to Green Belt and am an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.
