Throughout my career I have successfully implemented and managed complex MSP and RPO accounts; including designing and implementing recruitment solutions for RPO and MSP clients, managing compliance, offering bespoke solutions, delivery substantial savings and managing on-site delivery teams. I am passionate about managing and developing key client relationships and embedding the total talent solution fully into the client and have been successful in gaining additional business as a result of the excellent service delivery. I have worked within Financial Services, Retail, Facilities Management and Highways and Construction.
