I lead the Business Directorate at Community CVS, driving strategic planning, revenue growth, and effective communication. My work is all about building partnerships, upskilling the health and social care workforce and developing Lancashire enterprise. I deliver measurable impact while empowering my team to excel. As a Chartered Business Advisor, I also provide advice, masterclasses and mentorship to help Lancashire businesses start, grow, and succeed. Before joining the charity sector, I founded an award winning creative agency that pioneered digital media for over a decade. Working with global names like Disney, Warner Brothers, and DreamWorks, I spearheaded award-winning campaigns and built an agency nationally recognised for its innovation and best practice. I hold a Level 5 Diploma in Professional Consultancy and am a Chartered Manager and Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute. My education was in Media, PR, and Advertising, and I continue to bring these disciplines into my work to solve complex challenges with creativity and precision. Beyond work, I have a knack for blending creativity with a hands-on approach. Whether it's creating award winning games and online communities, or capturing moments through photography. I’m a collector of rare comic books, a VR gamer, a guitar enthusiast, and someone who appreciates authenticity and artistic expression in all its forms.
