I consider myself to be a leader. Throughout my career, I have pushed myself to be the best I can be. I pride myself on integrity and efficiency. This has enabled me to be promoted to a supervisor position at several companies throughout my career and even landed me a machine shop manager position at an oilfield drilling company. Throughout my career, I have developed the ability to be meticulous when performing tasks, and this has enabled me to consistently produce great results. I am looking for a job where I can utilize my management and communication skills. As I back my experience with education, I would like to transition into a role where I contribute more to the growth and operation of the business. I am currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, with a minor in Management Information Systems. My goal is to understand how to effectively utilize financial reports, and data analytics in order to make sound business decisions. I already possess the technical knowledge of how to control a process, and as I learn how to manage the financial side of the business, I will evolve into an industry leader. I consider myself to be a young hard-working professional, who has put in the time to develop the skills necessary to help you take your business to the next level. As businesses face an economy going through rapid change, the need for consultants and financial analysts is becoming essential. As companies look to restructure their organizations, they need people with the technical, written, and communication skills I possess to lead them forward. As I gain a solid understanding of how to use financial statements, I will be in a position to clearly explain the financial health of the company, to the board of directors or investors in general. I know how to bring out the best in people, by challenging them, motivating them, and empowering them to reach their full potential. I also have the ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively.
