About Chris Troyan

With 20 plus years of experience in the restaurant industry and 7 years of that being a general manager of 40 employees on staff is where I've learned my leadership roll and the love of working with people. This has brought me to where I am now, on a new greatly inspired adventure of becoming a personal trainer in helping people reaching their goals. When I'm not working I'm with my amazing family who is very active! My wife being a Master Stylist and having a busy schedule herself, we both really enjoy workouts, lunch dates, beach time, and cycling together. With having 3 kids and their very busy sports lifestyle we are traveling all over the state of Florida over the weekends and enjoying their events. Then there is the dog that needs all the attention.Besides my very supportive family as motivation, my personal goals keep me very driven and focused as I wish to one day become an owner of a gym or group fitness system. While all those goals are being pursued my fitness goal is to become an Ironman one day and be inspirational to those who are around me.
