About Chris Tuveng

I have been working in the IT Industry for over 25 years. I started back in 1993 with American Airlines in one of their call centers. I managed a team of call center associates for a year before being promoted to Client Service Representative. In this role I managed the telemarketing campaigns of 2 Fortune 500 companies. I was responsible for implementation of scripts, training agents, developing scripts, marketing, reporting, and billing. In 1998 one of my former managers recruited me to work on the Parkland Hospital Y2K project. I was one of the lead analyst responsible for impact analysis, Project coordination, and remediation efforts across the enterprise. I left this job in and went back to work for Sabre the technology division of American Airlines. I started out in their Change Management department. In 2003 I was recruited to come work in the Service Delivery Department as a Business Delivery Manager. In this role I successfully managed network, midrange, and desktop projects resulting in $1 million average revenue increase per annum. Projects included implementation of new midrange environments and network redesigns. Responsibilities include project estimation, scheduling, and budgeting. Over the years I migrated from Sabre, EDS, HP, HPE, and finally DXC as part of various acquisitions and mergers. In 2021 a former co-worker of mine reached out to me about a Business Operations Specialists Opening at NVIDIA. I accepted the offer and have been working as a Business Operations Specialist focusing on Procurement and Asset / Inventory Management over the past couple of years. I am interested in a position where I can use my account, change, project management, and Business Operations skills to enhance the productivity of the company I work for.
