As the General Manager, I oversee the daily operations of the company, manage sales and customer service, and handle the human resources functions, such as recruitment, performance, and training. My core competencies include human resources, customer service, sales, leadership, and communication. I am passionate about providing high-quality products and services to our customers, supporting the growth and development of our employees, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
