With over 18 years of experience in the water hygiene and treatment industry, I am an expert in helping organisations comply with government legislation and protect their assets and employees from water-related risks. I hold a Level 3 Award in Legionella Control and an IOSH Managing Safely certification, as well as a HND in Business Studies. As the Regional Sales Manager for the South West region at WCS Group, I lead a team of eight account managers who deliver high-quality service and solutions to our customers across various sectors. I am skilled in customer relationship management, business management, and relationship building, and I enjoy finding new opportunities and creating long-lasting partnerships.
