I am a fierce problem solver, with a foundation based on Accounting Principles (GAAP), who enjoys becoming the subject matter expert or go to guy when people have questions or need a solution. I fell in love with accounting because I believe it's the "Language of Business”. I’ve become well versed in all aspects of running a business. I really enjoy applying lean principles, disciplines of execution and data analytics to optimize business systems. I'm an unapologetic data nerd, introverted promoter of truth, and energetic builder who enjoys using data to develop strategic initiatives that align with our companies mission. I'm passionate, ethical, sometimes brilliant (sometimes now), kind, loyal, honest and enjoy making people better. I thrive when there are complex or challenging problems to solve. I am a fixer who has learned to identify the root cause, have a good-better-best continuous improvement mindset and then hyper-focus on the solution. Starting with the end in mind has been a key to my success. My current objective is to launch our first family owned and operated business! I’m always looking for other like minded individuals who are leaders and have a passion for optimizing current people & processes.
