Overseeing large-scale projects, my role spans managing resources and budgets, mentoring project managers, and driving business analytics to fuel growth and strengthen client relationships. With a calm, analytical approach, I excel at solving complex challenges, drawing on my deep understanding of superyacht regulations and design. A standout example is my work on Malahne, a 1937 Camper & Nicholson yacht restored from the keel up, where I led the exterior outfit team to deliver a blend of original designs and modern solutions alongside classic yacht experts GL Watson & Co — an award-winning project that showcased my ability to deliver technical excellence under pressure. Today, I apply that same problem-solving mindset to ensure every RigPro client experiences our commitment to unparalleled service. What motivates me most is the opportunity to work with premium yacht fleets globally while challenging myself to expand a dynamic segment of an established business. I’m proud to have supported the scaling of RigPro’s European team from 2 to 35, enabling us to provide turnkey solutions that inspire confidence on the water.
