An enthusiastic and experienced PMO professional with success underpinned by substantial project management, line management and technical experience, mainly in IT, Technology and Telecoms sectors. Helping PMO leaders to get the best out of their PMOs by consulting with them on PMO setup, refresh, ecosystem and governance definition, competency uplift and coaching and mentoring.Personally committed to driving PMO value in organisations. I have pursued this outside of work by chairing (7 years) and developing the APM PMOSIG, as well being a staunch advocate of PMOs wherever I have worked.
