About Chris Webster

I am a Project Manager / Producer who leads creative and technical teams, creates organization out of chaos and streamlines cross-functional communication.I launched my career in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, where I learned the ways of producing from a local content and design agency called Mode Adjust. While there, I worked with top tier creative talent producing a wide variety of digital content for clients such as Nike, Gatorade, Samsung, Google, Verizon and Columbia Sportswear. I eventually worked my way up from a green Project Manager to Sr. Producer and eventually Executive Producer where I led the day to day operations of the studio. The culminating event at Mode Adjust was when I produced hundreds of pieces of unique digital content for a museum installation at the historic Hayward Field in Eugene, OR.I then moved on to Vooks, an animated storybooks startup, where I led several company-wide initiatives including the localization of content into Spanish an Hindi as well as overseeing app, platform and web teams.From there, I grew further in my project management skills as the studio manager at Nike’s Catalyst Studios, managing the creation of brand-level content for high-profile celebrity collabs.To broaden my skills beyond project management I returned to the land of animation as a Sr. Producer at Bible Project, where I led a team illustrators, animators and compositors to produce high-end animated content with a worldwide reach.I continued to expand my knowledge in the Project Management arena by recently obtaining the CAPM certification from PMI. As part of that certification, I added not only industry standard project management principles but Agile Methodology to my skillset. As a result, not only am I equipped to manage creative projects but the technical as well. More to come!
