About Chris Weigel

For over 20 years I have followed my passion to help others live healthier and happier lives while pursuing their dreams and goals. In this time, I have helped hundreds by designing and implementing individualized plans consisting of exercise, nutrition, stress management, life coaching, and massage therapy. As a gym owner/operator for over 14 years, I've worn many hats - personnel management, systems creation/implementation, marketing, financial director, etc, etc. I've worn many quite fittingly, others a little sideways, and some have blown right off my head. In brief, I've learned to go with my strengths (i.e, creativity, open-mindedness, independence, passion, positivity, faith, global & forward thinking) and hire those to compliment my skills and direction. Whether is comes to the best plan for individual or business success, there is no one-size-fits-all. Assess, plan, implement plan, and reassess.until the goal is achieved. As an entrepreneur and personal coach I'm comfortable being the lead with my hands on the controls.steady and ready. However, in both personal and professional life, it takes teamwork to make the dream work.
