About Chris Werth

Currently, I am an underwriter for Farmers Insurance. Previously, I worked with the Idaho Department of Labor’s expert staff to create a standardized Job Search Workshop to be implemented statewide. It was an exciting project to work on knowing it will help many people to find employment during the current state of our economy. As a very dynamic creative individual, I am currently looking for an entry level position in the Training & Development field. Extroverted personality only helps to boost my ability to deal with people and have positive experiences. I am a firm believer in Bloom’s Taxonomy when teaching people, all three doimains are pertinent when an individual learns. This also satisfies a portion of the4MAT method of teaching, which is a great way to engage all styles of learners. This may be considered “alternative” in today’s learning environment, but I feel it is the most efficient way to teach a larger audience and not only the small percentage that learns form lecture formats. I have 8 exciting years experience in the grocery retail business. Responsible for managing and training employees. Experienced in training on productivity, efficiency, and time management. Effectively proved my value while turning around underperforming departments into ones that generate revenue by strategically managing point of sale and replenishment systems.
