Throughout my 18+ year career in IT, I’ve managed day-to-day operations, IT support, and project management functions in highly regulated industries. I’m frequently tapped to spearhead enterprise-wide critical networking, infrastructure, and upgrade projects. I’ve earned a reputation for resolving highly-complex and challenging IT issues, and I’m known for uncovering innovative solutions that eliminate chronic business pain points. Notable career highlights include: • Upgraded all Dell desktops/laptops to Windows 10 – impacting 1,300 computers – within 3 months. • Initiated a full telephone upgrade across the enterprise; migrated from Cisco to Bell to integrate Skype Business. • Rehabilitated enterprise-wide video conferencing system to eliminate persistent challenges. • Introduced predictive identification of errors and executed a “silent” roll-out with zero impact to end-users. • Integrated Polycom Video Conference Real Presence hardware with Skype for Business. • Built an IT Committee Communications team to improve transparency. • Created 200+ Desjardins Credit Union (DCU) employee accounts in Active Directory.
