About Chris Wolf

32 year career with Progressive. 30 of those years were in leadership with increasing scope and responsibility - both operational and strategic - over the course of my career. In my last role at Progressive as a Claims General Manager, I led an organization of 5,500 people who contributed to Progressive's Claims Organization in variety of ways from the beginning to the end of the Claims process. Experience with Personal Lines (Auto and Special Lines) and Commercial Lines. The 5,500 people were located primarily in Cleveland, Tampa, and Austin but also located remotely in everyone of the lower 48 states. Key responsibilities included - people development, effective leadership and communication, strategic and tactical goal setting from one year to the next, continual improvement from one year to the next in the key areas of accuracy, efficiency, customer service and work environment. I played key roles in the continued development of a culture at Progressive that supported the recruitment and retention of diverse talent, including ensuring an employee experience and culture that allowed each individual bring their true self to work and to excel. Over the last 5 years of my career, I successfully developed and implemented strategies and tactics that significantly expanded work-from-home across my organization that had cost control, work environment, and talent acquisition benefits.
