A dynamic approach to change management with particular focus on H&S Compliance, Risk Assessment, SSiP accreditation and workplace well-being (emotional, physical, and mental). Strong People Management skills, leadership of small and large teams, solid roots in exemplary customer service, strong attention to detail and willingness to question the status quo. I embraced the Safety by Design culture particularly after studying for my SMSTS, this culminated in spending a valuable 6-7 months working at Tennyson Suite, learning what it takes to work for enterprise clients, with particular focus on construction H&S and the broad subject of Fire Safety. Continuous Professional Development has been a keystone to my progression and enhance my skill set whenever the opportunity arises. Acknowledged as a highly focused and committed manager, I have been entrusted with making an essential contribution to the development of business through successful marketing campaigns, as well as variously undertaking aspects of HR, stock, sales and staff management. I believe 100% in the ability of an individual to influence their own path, and that the choices we make define our character.
