About Chris Wright

I am a Partner and Head of Banking Litigation at Brecher LLP and specialise in working for secured lenders ranging from national institutions to mid-level, niche and smaller banks. A growth area of my practice is short term lending and this has largely been as a result of recommendations from satisfied clients which I believe is the best way to achieve this. I have spent more years than care to remember working with lenders and LPA Receivers in respect of a wide variety of properties and portfolios including shopping centres, industrial estates, development properties and sites (including part built) and a wide range of smaller investment portfolios. I also work with a wide range of Insolvency Practitioners on personal and corporate insolvency matters and recently fraud has made up a more significant part of my workload.
