Specialising in Fraud, Financial Crime, Misconduct & Technical Disputes, I’ve amassed over 10 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry as a highly skilled, multidimensional Investigator with experience in Change Management. Currently utilising advanced technology to analyse complex investigative matters. I’m a critical thinker and analytical problem solver with a balanced approach to complex and sensitive enquiries who achieves results through skilful stakeholder management. I have a clear understanding of investigative methods/techniques and currently developing interview techniques. In 2019, I took a leap of faith into Change Management with the aim of developing & diversifying my knowledge, skill set & network, and I did just that! Through collaboration with a multitude of teams in various areas of the business as part of numerous changes/projects, my network increased tenfold. Utilising data analysis & stakeholder management skills, I would identify, manage and implement customer centric changes with the commitment to deliver business benefits such as efficiencies/cost savings, where possible. In addition, I would deliver critical colleague & customer communications to support fraud and/or incident management. A key highlight being the delivery of a digital communication to 7 million customers, educating & enabling them to better protect themselves against scams, which I managed E2E.I’m ambitious with a thirst for continuous education, regularly self-reflecting to identify opportunities to develop my knowledge & skills. I have a passion for learning about new technologies and understanding their impact on us personally & professionally. I’m currently studying the Python programming language in my spare time but also an avid golfer & gym fanatic.
