Identifying what’s working, what’s not working and seeing the future impact or challenges one might encounter is key. I am focused on the details that are needed in order to produce quality work, and I have high standards in terms of my work quality and that of my team. I am dedicated to continuous learning, professional development and mentoring others to achieve their professional goals and be the best they can be. I find it incredibly gratifying to make sure my team members, colleagues, and everyone I come into contact with feel heard and know that I am engaged with them, truly care about their challenges, and committed to helping them ease or resolve them and achieve success. My colleagues would say that I am dedicated to providing the best possible service, that I am always learning, that I am a forward-thinking leader and that I am uniquely able to strike a good balance between compassion and meeting business needs. I would say some of my biggest achievements have revolved around redesigning existing systems and service models to significantly optimize efficiencies, increase straight through processing, improving quality and optimizing customer service levels. I just love making things better! I am looking for a shift from a tactical role to a strategic role where I can combine and leverage my extensive experience with people, processes and project management. I want to focus on excellence in execution, growing effective teams, fulfilling commitments and generating competitive value. In my spare time you can find me reading (biographies in particular), watching documentaries and listening to podcasts, or going on long walks and hikes.
