As a Senior Resourcing Business Partner, I oversee the full recruitment process for Senior Logistics related vacancies for DHL SC UK & I, with a particular focus on the East Midlands & South regions. Our key objective is to source the best talent in the market place. In addition, we are also at the heart of internal talent movement and work with the business to support succession planning, international opportunities, redeployment, career development and promotions. Responsibilities include: • Customer & stakeholder engagement – both internal & external • Talent pipelining and external sourcing • Devising new and innovative techniques for recruitment ‘hot spots’ • Agency engagement and management • Reduction of agency spend across Senior Operational recruitment • Enhancing online visibility for external DHL vacancies
