I supervise the Order Management team for Sales and Marketing (North America). Responsible for receiving and processing customer purchase orders and changes for 9 steel facilities. Monitor cycle time to ensure that orders are received and entered into SAP in an accurate and timely manner. Problem-solve and review daily audit reports to ensure that discrepancies are resolved. Very customer-focused: ensure that orders meet and exceed the customer’s expectations.
