About Chrissy Clayton

Hi my name is Chrissy. I have been working at Big State Industrial Supply, Inc. for 25 years of the 27 years that the company has been in business. I love working here because it feels like family. The 3 owners of the company took me under their wings and I can honestly say that I have grown with the company. We are a distribution warehouse that sells tools. We buy the paperwork from sales distributors and then we verify each and every order to make sure it is correct before we ship it. We offer 30 and 60 day billings and have an excellent customer service department to handle any errors. We have made a lot of changes over the years that I have been here and In my opinion they have all been for the better. The Owners really care for their employees. We go on fantastic anniversary trips once a year and have even gone on 3 different cruises for the companies 10th, 20th and 25th anniversary's. I have been the event planner for most of the trips and love that part of my job. We have great benefits such as Healthcare, 401K, Paid vacations and sick time. The guys even give 50 dollar gift cards for our individual anniversaries and more for the milestones. We also celebrate birthdays. This is by far the most fun place I have ever worked. I look forward to continuing my employment here at Big State Industrial Supply, Inc
