I am a driven professional energized by opportunities that leverage my creativity and leadership skills. I began my career at Holland Bloorview writing about the inpatient experience and contributing to corporate communications content development. I later moved to the Ministry of Health and my role evolved into project management. I excelled in coordinating defect management and decided to focus on project management in my next role. For several years, I focused on managing projects and processes for a digital transformation initiative at Deloitte. My top strengths are being a focused implementer, thoughtful communicator, life-long learner, as well as highly detail-oriented and resourceful. I have a proven track record of working with teams to exceed expectations on high profile initiatives such as the intellihealth retooling project (Ministry of Health), Deloitte Way Workflows and Omnia deployment (Deloitte). I was recognized by leadership for assisting with increasing adoption rates for the Deloitte Way Workflows through follow-up efforts with engagement teams. I have recently completed an MBA at the Australian Institute of Business. As a business development enthusiast, I am actively seeking projects and opportunities to build business acumen. I am particularly interested in operations, project management and corporate governance where I intend to focus my volunteer efforts.
