Currently, I serve as an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner at Sleep Number Corporation, where I manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles across the Southeast region. My expertise includes ATS management (Workday), sourcing strategy, interview planning, and candidate experience optimization. Prior to this, I supported recruiting and DEI initiatives at Accruent, led performance and training programs at Caesars Entertainment, and held leadership roles in hotel operations with Holiday Inn. My career journey has uniquely positioned me to build strong relationships, design thoughtful hiring processes, and support dynamic teams.
