I am a Kansas City native that has enjoyed 25 plus years of cultivating solid and trusted relationships with my colleagues and clients but also with my high school and college friends, my family, my neighbors and my faith communities. I have enjoyed a diverse career in commercial real estate from large institutional to small community investment, from new construction lending to permanent financing and from loan workouts to asset/portfolio management. Currently, I am a commercial lender for 1-4 Family Investment Properties for CommunityAmerica Credit Union. Within our Field of Membership (includes 11 Counties surrounding Kansas City), I provide acquisition, cash-out, refinance, working capital and guidance lines of credit. This is a new niche for me and I am so excited because I see the value of providing this product to our Members as an alternative investment strategy for their wealth generation and retirement planning. The KC Metro area is a great cashflow market, providing stable job growth with a high demand for affordable housing.
