I have 25 years’ experience across Glen Dimplex Heating & Ventilation. From working on the ground floor as a Customer Service Agent in a busy and challenging environment, to the wider areas of the business in the Returns Team working closely alongside Sales Order Processing, Accounts Receivable, Trade & Business Development Managers and Warehouse Plants. I have led a team in the front end of the business focusing on Pre-Sales enquiries to encourage leads and sales, ensuring a fast, professional and knowledgeable experience was provided to both consumer and business partners. I enjoyed many years leading the Consumer Aftersales Team, facing new changes as the platform evolved and became more demanding, seeing positive outcomes from the challenges this brought. The last 5 years have been the most rewarding, building the Business Support Team, which provides essential care and support to our direct GDHV Customers. I constantly strive to add value and build sustainable long-term relationships, always seeking improvements and new initiatives.
