About Christa Steeves

A strategic and people-first leader with over 20 years of experience in building companies, relationships, teams, and results. Extensive business and leadership experience in marketing communications; operations management; strategic planning; sales and business development; and people and culture management. Have worked in various executive and management roles at top advertising agencies in Eastern Canada, in higher education, and in a variety of industries including technology, consumer packaged goods, service, government, and not-for-profit. I have also run my own award-winning advertising agency, SPARK, and helped launch and scale several start-ups in various industries. I have worked with some of the best brands in Canada, such as Bell, Blackberry, Atlantic Lottery Corporation, and Cadillac Fairview, among others. In addition to my professional expertise, I am passionate about wellness and lifestyle coaching, and I hold certifications in coaching, meditation, and yoga. I run a passion project, Well Being, where I teach wellness practices to those who live with mental illness.
